Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly:

Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on availability and your preference.
Custom & Commissioned Orders
Custom-made or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless damaged during shipping.
